Every floor of Milk Thistle has its own character. From cocktails in The Parlour to private celebrations in The Lounge and intimate gatherings behind the original safe door in The Vault, there’s more to discover as you move through the house.

The Vault
theParlour
Where evenings begin.
The heart of Milk Thistle and home to our bar. Fireside corners, candlelit tables and bartenders who know their way around a cocktail.
Come for one and see what happens.
theLounge
Settle in and stay a while.
Rich interiors, candlelight and plenty of atmosphere, The Lounge offers a more relaxed side of Milk Thistle. Book a table for drinks or make the space your own for private celebrations and special occasions.
theVault
Down the stairs, through the safe door.
Hidden beneath Milk Thistle behind the building’s original safe door, The Vault is intimate, atmospheric and rather difficult to forget.
Settle in for bottle service with your own mixologist, a tasting with your preferred spirit or make it a martini from the trolley, mixed tableside with our very own Milk Thistle Gin or Vodka.
