Master Distiller, Milk Thistle co-owner and the man responsible for what’s coming out of the still upstairs.
Pete is the founder and Master Distiller behind The Spirit of Bristol Distillery, where he creates Milk Thistle Gin and Vodka and hosts tastings and blending experiences.
His spirits have picked up multiple Gold, Silver and Bronze medals, including England’s Best Navy Strength Gin at the World Drinks Awards.
