Renowned world Whiskey curator of Mangrove and ex Whiskey ambassador for the inimitable Speciality Drinks, Stefanie Holt joins us for one special evening covering a lineup of new world whiskey that has been making waves in recent years.

Utilising the full Mangrove portfolio at her fingertips, drams from the night are set to include exquisite bottlings from The English Distillery (England), Indri (India), Stauning (Denmark), Milk & Honey (Tel -Aviv) & Morris (Australia).

The menu for the night will include:


Arrival highball with The English 11, 46%



Chargrilled English Asparagus, seasonal morel, lardo, morel and chicken roasting juices

Paired w/ Stauning Smoke Danish Single Malt, 47%



Grilled Scottish Scallop, seared ham hock terrine, cox’s apple puree, pickled grapes

Paired w/ Indri Indian Single Malt, 46%



Roast rump of spring lamb, slow cooked lamb shoulder, pomme anna, oven dried tomatoes, wild garlic, broad beans, goats cheese, lamb sauce

Paired with Milk & Honey Apex Dead Sea, 56.5%



Dark chocolate salt caramel delice, honey comb, crème chantilly

Paired with Morris Australian Single Malt Muscat Barrel, 46%

A ticket will grant you access to a memorable evening in our Attic with Steph, an arrival highball, and a 4 course meal paired expertly alongside 4 of the best liquids coming out of the Whiskey new world at the moment. Tickets are set at £80/head, and takes place from 7pm.
