Begin the night with a welcome drink on arrival before sitting down to a three-course Burns Night supper, thoughtfully prepared to honour the spirit of Robert Burns. Each course will be accompanied by four perfectly paired drams of Highland Park single malt, with guided insight into the whisky, its heritage, and flavour profiles throughout the evening.
