On Bank Holiday Sunday 9th April we’ll be opening all four floors across The Milk Thistle to bring you a very special, one-off evening of comedy and cocktails, in collaboration with our friends at Aperitivo! Co.

Hosted by Aperitivo! Co founder (and Milk Thistle alumni) Rich Tring, and Brand Ambassador Mike Canham, you’ll be treated to an evening of all things Aperitivo. With decades of experience in the cocktails and spirits industry between them, Rich and Mike will take you through the wonderful world of Aperitivo, introducing you to their outstanding range and imparting their unrivalled knowledge across the course of two informal discussions. You’ll be treated to a welcome Venice Spritz, alongside some specially paired canapes from our sister restaurant The Ox, and we’ll also be running an exclusive Aperitivo! Co menu throughout the evening.

What’s more, we’ll be joined by Bristol comedy legend Mark Olver, of Belly Laughs fame, who’ll be treating you to an hour of stand up later on in the evening, featuring some of the best up and coming comedians from across the UK.
