The Ox – Best Newcomer in the Bristol Good Food Awards 2014!

We’re positively bursting with pride! Our distinguished older cousin, The Ox, has scooped the title of Best Newcomer in this year’s Bristol Good Food Awards!


After over a year in the making, The Ox burst onto Bristol’s foodie scene in November last year, serving the most fabulous pairing since Gin and Tonic – Steak and Cocktails! And it certainly looks like the fine folk of Bristol agree with us on that one, as the first shortlisting stage was decided entirely on public votes. The winners were then selected by the highly esteemed chaps on the Bristol Good Food Awards judging panel.

If you’re yet to try The Ox for yourselves then make sure you book your table online sharpish, as we expect this new accolade is going to mean they’ll be rather busy!
